It's A Boy

My friend recently had a son and I being the friend I am decided that all the generic baby gifts would not do because I hate showing up with the same gift as everyone else...

So I set out on a hunt for a unique baby boy item to purchase for her...After scouring the internet for about an hour I'd say. Going from Babys-R-Us to Wal-Mart I finally found the cutest gift and it was sure to be a hit with the other guests. So we got there and she sat down to open her gifts.

Now I had of course gotten her multiple things but the piece de resistance was wrapped separately... So after she'd gone through all of the other gifts getting two of each onesie three health and hygiene kits, and a million clothes he'd grow out of before he could wear them, pacifiers and all the traditional baby gifts she came to a little blue bag at the very back of the table.

It was teeny but boy did it have an impact on the party. She looked at me expecting this to be the other part of my gift and went to pull out the tissue paper and from the bag emerged PeePeeTeePees. A look of confusion crossed her face (to be honest I was scared she hated it) A few people asked what it was as she loosened the drawstring carrying case and reached inside to find blue little cloth teepees with airplanes on them.

She smiled and looked over at me to ask what it was. I had told her before I was going to save her from getting peed on. Well you see once I explained it the whole room lit up with laughter. They'd never seen anything like it. Cloth cones that you sit on top of the baby boy's little peepee so that he doesn't pee on you...She uses them all the time. And other guests have contacted me about where to get them so they can get them for someone else. It was quite the hit!
