Contest Void where prohibited by law. Contest begins at 12:00 A.M. PT , January 1st, 2012, and and all entries must be posted on our Coolest Party Ideas Facebook Page by 11:59 P.M. PT, October 31st, 2012. The winner will be selected on or about November 15th, 2012 . All times are Pacific Time (PT).

HOW TO ENTER

Go to Coolest Baby Shower Ideas web site, (http://coolest-baby-shower-idea.com/baby-shower-ideas.html) and complete the online submission form.

After your submission is approved and online, you will receive and email with a link to your submission. Post that link on our Coolest Party Ideas Facebook Page and your baby shower story will be included in the contest. A submission may only be entered once. (There may be delays in approving baby shower ideas submissions).

Once submitted, entries and photographs become the sole property of Sponsor (Coolest Baby Shower Ideas) and will not be returned.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections, miscommunications, failed phone or computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions or technical failures, garbled or jumbled transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, or electronic; including without limitation the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information online.

 

SELECTION OF WINNERS AND JUDGING CRITERIA

All eligible entries will be judged by Sponsor's creative staff. The judging criteria to be used in selecting the Winners will be (1) 50 percent for creativity and originality of the baby shower contest ideas and photos, and (2) 50 percent for the quality of the idea write up and photos (the "Judging Criteria"). Facebook fan votes will decide the Grand Prize winner. Winners will be notified on or about November 31st, 2012, via e-mail and Facebook. By participating, entrants agree to the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

 

CONTEST PRIZES

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a 16G Apple iPad2(wifi only) or $500 in cash. Four (4) Second place winners will receive $50 in cash. Four (4) Runner Up prize winners will receive $25 in cash.

Additional prizes may be added upon the Sponsor's discretion.

Winner is solely responsible for any and all taxes on prize, as well as any and all expenses relative to participation in the "Coolest Baby Shower Ideas and Photos" Contest (including acceptance of prize) not specified herein. Prizes will be awarded within approximately 30 days after selection of winner. No substitution allowed except at discretion of the Sponsor. Prizes are not transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any and all prizes with prizes of equal or greater value, if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.

 

ELIGIBILITY

Contest void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

 

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

Winners will be notified by e-mail and Facebook and must respond within fourteen (14) days of attempted notification or be disqualified. If a prize is returned as undeliverable, potential winner will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, or suspend the contest should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt or impair the administration, security, or fairness of the contest. In such event, winners will be selected from all eligible entries received up to the time of such cancellation, termination, or suspension.

Submission of an entry constitutes the irrevocable grant to Sponsor of all rights in the entry, all rights to publish, use, adapt, edit, and/or modify such entry in any way and in any and all media, without limitation, and without consideration or acknowledgment to the entrant and the unconditional right to use the photograph and statements about the promotion for advertising/publicity purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

By entering, participants release Coolest Baby Shower Ideas from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by participation in the contest or the acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of a prize or participation in any prize-related activities.
