We played Baby Memory Challenge as the first of several baby shower games, and it worked very well. I caught a couple of guests trying to peek so I would suggest using separate paper for the answers and collecting the sheets before having them test their memories.

This game had guests look at a photo of toys for 30 seconds then they have to write down everything they remember seeing in the picture. They can use the back of the sheet for their answers if you wish.
